Why exhibit at Flight&Fun

Building on the success of the 2021 and 2022 editions, the FLIGHT&FUN event has strengthened its position as an essential event for aviation enthusiasts. This has led us to expand the scope of our event, aiming to meet the broader needs of the aviation community. This year, partnering with the renowned AERO Friedrichshafen, we offer a unique opportunity for exhibitors in the aviation industry, combining the best of both worlds: the fly-in, gathering format of FLIGHT&FUN event and the global network and prestige of AERO Friedrichshafen.

This means more diversity in what we offer and a richer experience for both exhibitors and attendees.

A strength point of the event is the chance for pilots to test aircraft directly on the field. This hands-on approach allows exhibitors to demonstrate their aircraft firsthand, making for a more engaging and effective showcase.

By exhibiting with us, you’re tapping into a vibrant platform that blends local insights with international exposure, and static displays with the excitement of live demonstrations. It’s an efficient, straightforward way to connect with the aviation community, showcase your latest offerings, and take your business to new heights.

Who can exhibit

Our event is open to every facet of the aviation industry. Our event is open to every facet of the aviation industry. Whether you are an aircraft manufacturer eager to showcase the latest in aviation technology, a service provider looking to highlight your unique offerings, or a business operating within the broader aviation ecosystem, our platform is designed to accommodate you. Our goal is to create a comprehensive exhibition that reflects the entire spectrum of the aviation sector, offering a space where every business, regardless of size or focus, can connect, engage, and grow.

Additionally, its proximity to notable destinations like Motor Valley, Modena, and Bologna connects it to the heart of Northern and Central Italy, making it an ideal gathering point for enthusiasts.

Exhibition areas

We offer customized exhibition spaces based on your needs (position, size, possibility of static display of aircraft). There are two main exhibition areas, both located centrally to the event:

Covered outdoor apron (A)

The external spaces covered by 100 sq. m pagodas closed at the sides provide a large exhibition space free of obstacles and guarantee protection for the stands even in the event of unfavorable weather conditions. Possibility of combining multiple spaces to create modular areas depending on the needs of the Exhibitor and the aircraft on display.

The arrangement of points of interest throughout the area ensures that, despite the extension of the area, no area remains isolated and unexplored by visitors.

Indoor hangar (B)

Area inside the hangar for smaller exhibition stands that do not need to display aircraft. These areas are pre-equipped with dividing walls.

All areas are equipped with 220V electrical connection and Internet connection via Wi-Fi or cable.
