Visit

Entrance is free. To access the airport all visitors must register, it is highly recommended to pre-register online to speed up operations.

Fly in

If you wish to fly in with your own aircraft, you can land and park for free every day of the fair. During the event the airport is also open to basic ultralights if equipped with radio. AIRCRAFT WITHOUT RADIO ARE NOT ALLOWED.

The organization of the event, in order to respect the maximum Flight Safety, has prepared the following measures to guarantee the regular performance of the various aeronautical activities that will take place during the days of the event from 4 to 7 July. A fundamental aspect is to guarantee “regular and homogeneous” flows of arriving and departing aircraft in well-defined time slots in order to avoid uncontrolled crowding of aircraft in the traffic circuit. For this reason, the organization takes on a complex coordination task with the pilots participating in the event.

We ask everyone to cooperate fully and to strictly respect procedures and rules that have a single purpose: to guarantee everyone’s safety. All participants are requested to strictly adhere to the following operating procedures upon arrival and departure.

For those arriving by flight it is mandatory to follow the procedures reported on the page How to arrive by flight of Pavullo Airport. Real-time weather and webcam information is available on the Weather and Webcam page.

After landing, the Marshalls present on the runway will guide you to one of the parking areas. After parking the aircraft, the crews must register at the designated gazebo. To speed up the registration process, it is preferable to pre-register online by filling out the appropriate form.
